BACKGROUND
The Red Stables were
located in the St Anne’s
Park which was the home
to the Guinness family. It
was originally built in
1889.
BRIEF
It is a historic building so I
need to conserve its
historic feature, and also I
need redesign it as a
residen􀆟al area.

modern design elements
to meet the func􀆟on and
comfortableness in small
space to achieve the ideal
living
